  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • 1 cup rice flour (120 g)
  • 1 cup of cornmeal (130 g)
  • 1 cup chickpea flour (130 g)
  • 1 cup with various seeds (chia, sesame, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, etc.) (120 g)

You don’t need yeast for this, as it is a very thin, crunchy bread.

The big advantage of this recipe is that you don’t have to knead the dough. You can easily make the mixture with the mixer, because the dough is relatively thin.

  • Put the eggs in the blender and whisk them until frothy.
  • Then add the oil, salt, spices and water.
  • Mix the three types of flour in another bowl and then add to the rest of the ingredients.
  • Then add some of the seeds to the mixture and save the remaining seeds to sprinkle them on the dough later. This is how they are roasted and very tasty.
  • Then cover the dough with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush it with olive oil so that the crackers can easily be loosened after baking. Then spread the dough on the baking paper and sprinkle the remaining seeds over it.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and bake the dough in it for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Then take the crackers out of the oven and let them cool down. Now you can cut or break it into pieces.
  • You can brush the surface with egg before baking to keep the seeds from falling off.
