ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons of natural yogurt (120 g)
  • 1 ripe banana

preparation

  • Mash the ripe banana with a fork and then mix with the yogurt until a creamy paste is formed.

application

  • Divide the hair into sections and apply the mask to the scalp, hairline or other affected areas.
  • Rinse off with water after 30 minutes of action.
  • Repeat this treatment at least three times a week to relieve the discomfort.

2. Aloe vera and olive oil for psoriasis

The regenerative, wound healing, and moisturizing properties of aloe vera and olive oil can be of great benefit in psoriasis.

Regular use heals and moisturizes the  skin, preventing irritation and flaking.

  • 6 tablespoons of aloe vera (90 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil (48 g)

preparation

  • Process both ingredients well in a stand mixer or blender.

  • Moisten the hair and massage the mask generously and carefully onto the scalp.
  • Let it sit for 30 minutes and then rinse it out with water.

3. Garlic and coconut oil for psoriasis

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar (125 ml)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

preparation

  • Mix the vinegar and water.

application

  • Pour the mixture into a spray bottle and spray on the scalp.
  • Rinse with water after 20 minutes of action.
  • Repeat this treatment every day until you find relief.
