They are an ideal alternative to morning or afternoon snacks, avoiding flour, sugar and processed products.

In this post we present you three irresistible flatulence smoothies , one is yellow, the other is green and the last is orange. All of them help with flatulence and to improve digestive function and intestinal transit.

Most smoothies are made with fresh or frozen fruit or with concentrates and mixed with dairy products or ice cream. This post is about healthy alternatives that should still taste delicious.

Here you will find recipes for light, easily digestible smoothies that are simply delicious.

  • Instead of milk or yoghurt, we use plant-based drinks made from rice, oats or spelled, which you can find in health food stores or in the supermarket.
  • Instead of sweetening the drinks with sugar, we use agave syrup, honey or stevia.
  • We use fresh fruits, if possible in organic quality.

What are the benefits of these drinks?

These smoothies contain many fruits and / or vegetables that you can combine and vary according to your mood.

They are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber and therefore very nutritious and filling, but at the same time they help with weight loss and are easy to digest.

A perfect aperitif in the morning and as a snack in the afternoon. You can also use it to pamper your guests the evening before a good meal. In this case, serve the smoothies in wide wine glasses and then decorate them with a fruit or with rice, oat or coconut milk.

Smoothies can be drunk at any age. For the little ones, it is an original and healthy way to eat fruit. 

For both children and people who put up a lot of physical exertion, you can add ground dried fruits to meet their daily protein needs.

The avocado gives the drink a creamy texture and the essential fatty acids in this fruit are very important for health.

If you drink this smoothie in the morning, you will automatically improve intestinal transit without the need for a laxative.

Which ingredients are needed?

  • Avocado (if you want, you can also add the rub from the avocado kernel)
  • fresh spinach
  • a ripe banana
  • Vegetable milk or apple juice
  • Agave syrup, honey or stevia

Mix all the ingredients well, then serve the smoothie in a wide glass, decorated with an apple or banana slice.

Yellow smoothie

The yellow smoothie is ideal for improving digestion, eliminating water retention, activating the metabolism and also for weight loss diets.

This smoothie tastes refreshing, exotic and slightly spicy. It’s perfect on a hot day. You need a plant-based milk so that it becomes creamy.

ingredients

  • ripe pineapple
  • Ginger juice and ginger in powder form
  • Coconut powder
  • Oat, rice and coconut milk
  • Stevia

You can also use the peel of the pineapple,  which contains numerous health-promoting ingredients.

Cook the bowl for 15 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes. The brewing water can then also be used for the smoothie.

Orange smoothie

The orange smoothie is particularly recommended for people who suffer from intestinal problems such as constipation, diarrhea, colitis, parasites, etc. This smoothie also contains numerous health-promoting ingredients and then tastes simply delicious.

Required Ingredients:

  • Papaya (also use a few seeds, which are particularly effective against parasites)
  • mango
  • Flax seeds (put these in water the evening before and let them soak all night, you can also use the water for the smoothie).
  • Plant milk
  • Peel of an organic orange (you only need a small piece)
  • Agave syrup, honey or stevia

Mix the ingredients until the papaya seeds and flax seeds are well chopped up. You can then decorate the glass with a piece of orange peel.
